Easy Cardboard Reindeer

A simple pencil drawing from my sketchbook inspired these little reindeer.  I used cardboard from my recycle bin, twigs from my yard, strips of an old curtain panel, and some different glitters. They would make sweet tags for gifts or ornaments for the tree.  I clipped them onto a cord with clothespins to make a garland across my window.

I had fun with this one! I cut two deer patterns out of a small paper bag, sewed them together and stuffed it with cotton.  I added some brush bristles for eyelashes, an ear, and a tiny red berry for a nose.

Happy Holiday Season!
