Here is the second layout for my Illustrated Proverbs 31 book. I’ve always loved the first part of this verse “The heart of her husband safely trusts in her…”  What a beautiful truth.  Surely every husband wants a wife he can trust with everything he has: money, possessions, the care of his children, and the workings of his heart.  I’ve shown the “virtuous woman”  holding the key to her husband’s heart-she holds onto it faithfully and the string wrapped several times around her arm signifies that she will not readily let it go.  She values his trust.

 The stamp of the couple in the top left hand portion of the heart is by Inkadinkado (#90336).  I thought this image showed a  husband confiding in his wife, trusting her with important information about some affairs.  The Proverbs 31 woman has great loyalty to her husband and therefore, has a great marriage.  Because of her faithfulness to her husband he will be successful in his undertakings-he will have “no lack of gain”.
