  1. Your images tell me everything I need to know to understand the visceral pain you and your family are experiencing. You will remain in my prayers.

Dee, you know more than most people why I HAVE to draw these things.
Thank you so much for praying for our family.

  2. You are poetry in pictures, Scarlett Clay.

And I am grateful for getting to know you, just a little, this month.

You are always in my prayers…

      I appreciate it, Joe.
You are the one “gem” I’ve discovered during the “A to Z” challenge.
Your blog is inspirational in many ways.
      Thanks so much,
      Scarlett

  3. A mother’s tears, I wish you didn’t have reason to shed them. This is a beautiful and poignant drawing, but I wish you didn’t have the circumstances leading you to do it. If we lived closer, I’d be there doing whatever I could to support you in person. Unfortunately all I can offer are silly words on a screen. My thoughts, prayers, and love are with you and your little guy.

I agree with Joe, your art is a poetic form allowing you to express yourself.
Sometimes words just don’t come and aren’t enough~
