These delicious pizzelles were just brought to us from my next door neighbor. They are Italian waffle cookies that look like snowflakes, and they’re almost too pretty to eat!
My neighbor, Mrs. C, grew up with her Italian grandmother making these every Christmas and continues the tradition in her own home.
