This card is easy to make and fun to stamp up. I cut a 4 1/2″ strip along the long side of an 8 1/2″ X 11″ piece of cardstock.  I folded it twice, into thirds, and then decorated/stamped each section.  My favorite part is the gift tag envelope on the last face.  The envelope pocket is perfect for a small note and a couple of pressed leaves.
