No, I don’t think we’ll be having a white Christmas. It may be a yellow one, though.
Our ornamental pear trees have just now begun to turn bright yellow. They usually turn red in October and are completely bare by this time, but for some reason they have not changed colors until now. Instead of the flaming red they turned bright yellow! They are really pretty. Here’s some photos I took of S. playing out by the yellow trees. I know they don’t look very Christmassy, but hey, this is Texas!
